1. Reporting infringement
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA notice”. To be valid under the DMCA, your notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- The URL (or other precise location) of the material on our Service you want removed.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
On receiving a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material promptly and notify the user who posted it. Please note that under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages.
2. Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] including: identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake; your name, address, and phone number; consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found); and your signature. Unless the original complainant files a court action, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days.
3. Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe, in appropriate circumstances, as required by the DMCA and reflected in our Terms of Service.
4. Not just DMCA
The same address, [email protected], also accepts trademark complaints and infringement reports under laws other than the DMCA. Describe the right you hold, the material at issue, and where it appears, and we will review it promptly.
